This product is eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in the following cases: The product is damaged in transit. A wrong product has been sent by our team. There is a design defect on the product.(picture proof is necessary). A request for the same can be raised through contact us section or through email at support@ornahq.com. For any refunds, please expect your refund via the original mode of payment usually in 5 to 7 business days post delivery of product back in our warehouse. Incase of a cancelled order before delivery, we will deliver the product back to our warehouse & initiate a refund.
